Programme Overview

Led the successful delivery of a complex IT divestment programme supporting the separation of sold business entities while ensuring uninterrupted business operations throughout the transition. The programme coordinated eight core IT areas, business subject matter experts, stakeholders, and external delivery partners to execute a structured and compliant separation.

Key Responsibilities & Delivery

• Directed end-to-end programme governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams. 
• Managed cross-functional delivery spanning Digital, Commercial, Data & Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, Drawing Tools, Infrastructure, Security, and Service Delivery. 
• Oversaw the separation and transition of core SAP platforms, including: 
  • SAP S/4HANA 
  • SAP C/4HANA
  • SAP CRM
  • SAP ECC
  • SAP BW 
  • SAP Process Orchestration (PO) 
  • SAP Solution Manager 
• Coordinated the migration of over 70 physical and virtual servers to support the new operating environment. 
• Managed a blended delivery organisation of 50 IT internal specialists alongside multiple strategic third-party suppliers. 
• Ensured business continuity through careful transition planning, governance, dependency management, and operational readiness.
